Villa Linda Vista – Sleeps 10

Fantastic home and hosts. What we realized is that staying this close to the ocean meant we were on the beach literally every day, while staying a few streets back would have meant driving to the beach and we would not have gone as often. The house is perfectly suited to a large family or a group of couples. Such a great home! Will definitely come back.

This house exceeded our expectations by a mile (and our expectations were high!) It was charming, perfectly located, spotless, and had everything we needed and more. Everyone associated with the house from the host to the manager to the housekeeper was friendly, communicative, and attentive to all our needs. The pool was refreshing in the heat of the day, the outdoor eating area was beyond charming, the kitchen had everything we needed plus lots of space to be social while we cooked, and the bedrooms were all beautifully appointed. Not to mention it was steps from the beach and great coffee shops, bars, and restaurants (though still miraculously quiet and private). Truly no notes. Thank you to everyone involved in making our stay so wonderful and easy!

What an amazing villa! The photos do not do it justice. This house is "grand" with high ceilings and polished wooden floors, plus it is beautiful decorated. It's a few meters from the boulevard with all kinds of restaurants, coffeeshops and the beach. Our family had an amazing stay and I can highly recommend hiring this villa.

Can't say enough great things about this house. So spacious in such a great location and you get a private pool and excellent braai to boot. I almost want to keep this secret to myself, but that would be unfair to all of the future guests who will have an excellent time.

This house was actually much bigger and more beautiful than it appeared in the photos. My friends and I even said that the pictures couldn’t fully capture how amazing it was! All the ensuite rooms were spotless and well-organized, and the additional amenities like the swimming pool, BBQ area, and front terrace with a stunning sunset view made our stay incredibly satisfying.

Amazing location right next to the beach in camps bay in a wonderful older style house which has been beautifully maintained to a very high standard inside. Would highly recommend for anyone wanting to explore camps bay and the surrounding Cape Town area!

A Beautiful Stay! I recently had the pleasure of staying at this stunning Airbnb, and I must say, it exceeded my expectations! The house is even more beautiful than it looks in the pictures online. Every corner feels warm and inviting. The cleaning lady did an excellent job keeping the place spotless, which made our stay even more enjoyable. One of the best features is its fantastic location—it's just a short walk to the beach and surrounded by great restaurants. We loved exploring the nearby dining options! Overall, we had a wonderful experience, and I can confidently say we will definitely be back. Highly recommend!

The house is absolutely beautiful, even better than in the pictures! The location is great, 5 min walk from Camps Bay beach and all the restaurants but at the same time it is private and secluded. There is space for parking more than one vehicle inside the property which is very convenient since it is a busy area. The house is classic but recently renovated with all the amenities, the decoration is lovely and has a beautiful garden with a private pool. The host was very responsive and accommodating. We really loved staying at Linda Vista! I highly recommend!

Our third time staying at Linda Vista and as usual the house is amazing the host team were awesome. We will back next year for sure!

A fantastic spot, in the best area of Camps Bay. A truly lovely house with everything being made extremely easy from booking to check out. When we next come back to Cape Town we will 100% be booking again.

Our group of 9 could not have been happier with the accommodation. Fab location 1/2 block from the Beach and restaurants/bars of Camps Bay. House is private in a walled garden with plenty of room for our large group. Will look forward to returning.

The villa was amazing, the hosts were always available to assist us with what ever we needed, the home is secure and very welcoming makes you feel like you at home. Will most definitely stay again.

The place was even better then we could imagine. Location is very central and the house manager and other staff were very friendly! It’s was bigger then expected and so nicely decorated. We really hope we get the chance to come back again. Thanks again!

Perfect stay, especially for a family, spacious rooms, nice bathroom and spectacular kitchen. Location is spot on, walking distance from all the restaurant and cafes. Captures the essence of Cape Town with all the view. In conclusion, great experience, highly recommended

The house is super spacious with the most fabulous location, seconds from everything Camps Bay has to offer. Housekeeping service was brilliant and any small queries answered swiftly. The house was even better than the photos and we’d definitely choose to stay again.

This house is more beautiful, magical and spacious than appears even in the photos. The location by the beach is unmatched and the spaciousness of the yard and outside areas makes the house even more sensational than it already is. What a wonderful stay!
