Villa 52 Victoria – Sleeps 10

This place was nothing short of amazing. The housekeeper was great we loved him. The short walk to the beach was a cherry on top. It’s convenient location close to everything. The house great for family very spacious and safe. I would definitely recommend this place.

Absolutely loved staying at Esta-Marita’s home. Stunningly beautiful views, peaceful and quiet, and with all of the amenities and entertainment systems you could need. A beautiful little private outdoor pool and and seating area to relax, a comfortable, clean large living room with a TV with all of the functionalities, and lots of security. The home is extremely clean and would absolutely stay here again!

We had an awesome stay and cannot wait to return for another stay the views are amazing from the top bedrooms and it wonderful waking up to the sound of sea. The pics do not do the house justice, it is more beautiful in real life. Top quality finishes and very well equipped. Truly memorable few days.

This house is magnificent! The location is incredible, with ocean waves crashing only meters away. The house itself is stunning and even though Cape Town is filled with so much to do, we found ourselves wanting to go back to the house just to hang out in it and by the pool. We had a wonderful braii one night - the open layout is fantastic for a big group. John, the housekeeper is so lovely and took care of everything to make sure the house was sparkling clean each day. This house is incredible and I don’t doubt that we will be back for another stay.

The house, facilities and location was fantastic. On the beach side of Victoria Road so there was no traffic noise and the access to Beta Beach for swimming was great. Beautiful house with well sized spaces and views from the 1st floor Bedrooms were amazing. Access back into town from Camps Bay side was very easy and travelling back and forward to all surrounding areas was effortless. Coffee shop / restaurant 40m away which was perfect for morning coffees or a lunch. We had a great time and would book again for our next trip to Cape Town.

This place has an intimate hidden gem vibe. It’s sophisticated, yet relaxed. It’s framed by rocks, coves and cliff’s - with two small beaches loved by locals on your doorstep. It’s a 10-minute walk to the busier Camps Bay. The villa is luxurious with understated charm. We loved the views from main balcony. Bootlegger in Bakoven for breakfast was lovely, lots of locals. We will return.

Our family had a wonderful stay at this property. The sounds of the waves crashing at the beach were super peaceful and made nights warming up by the fire super special. We were very close to nice restaurants and less than a 3 minute walk to the beach. I highly recommend!

My friends and I had a lovely week in Esta-Marita's villa. The place exactly matched the photos, if not bigger, and we were constantly amazed by how beautiful the space was. The views from the top level of the sea are stunning, and it feels really nicely private, quiet and tucked away, despite being on a busy road. John the housekeeper was great - super responsive and punctual and helpful with additional extras like even doing some laundry when requested! Amazing, thank you John. Bakoven is such a lovely neighbourhood, and having Bootleggers coffee right on the doorstep, and being a 2 min walk from a quiet beach was just perfection. The location could not be better!

We loved our stay here, John the housekeeper was fantastic, the bedrooms are lovely, bathrooms great, the walkway to the beach was a real highlight - and a few steps away from the best coffee in Camps Bay! We will definitely be back, one of the best places we’ve stayed in Camps Bay.

I recently had the pleasure of staying in Esta-Marita’s lovely villa in Camps Bay, and it was an experience to remember! The location is simply stunning, with breathtaking views of the ocean and the iconic Table Mountain right at our doorstep. The neighborhood is lovely with several cafes, restaurants, and beautiful beaches just a short walk away. The accommodation itself was cozy and well-appointed. It had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay, including a fully equipped kitchen and a lovely terrace where we enjoyed our morning coffee while soaking in the view. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, providing helpful local tips and making sure we had everything we needed. Overall, my stay in Camps Bay was delightful, combining natural beauty, great hospitality, and convenient access to local attractions. Of all the villas I have stayed in this was probably the best! Location was incredible, the house was magnificent with all the amenities and more. Esta-Marita communicated well and provided lots of recommendations. John was amazing! Always helpful and polite!! Perfect service. Well worth it! Actually Great value for the house. We all loved it.

Elijah was very responsive, friendly and polite. John - looking after the house was wonderful. The place is immaculate and John was always available but unobtrusive. Hugely recommend this as a place in the Camps Bay - Bakoven area. Esta-Marita and her team are world class. Thank you all.

An absolutely phenomenal house with a beautiful view and stocked kitchen and brilliant service from the agent and James and Elijah. Will definitely be coming back.
