We had the most wonderful stay at 601 Dovenby. The apartment was modern and clean with outstanding amenities. Wonderful views over the Marina, V&A waterfront, and Table Mountain. Within walking distance of so many attractions.

Beautiful Penthouse. Very Private and the Views are amazing. Modern finishes in the apartment and it smells divine in there, the check in process was easy and Banco was very usefully and attended to all our queries on time.

This residence is EXCEPTIONALLY beautiful, very safe with abundant security. And only five minute walk to the V&A Waterfront. Simply speechless - and the living room couch is PERFECT for evening gatherings with a glass of Chenin Blanc. This is a MUST rent! - LOVED LOVED LOVED our time in this penthouse suite (where the elevator opens directly into the unit). Mesmerizing views - in fact, the secondary bedroom looks directly upon Table Mountain. Just beautiful.

If I had to choose just one word to describe my experience, it would be impeccable. This was, without a doubt, the most beautiful penthouse I’ve ever had the pleasure of staying in. Every detail felt thoughtful and refined. What truly made it unforgettable, though, was the incredible team. So sweet, warm, gracious, and genuinely welcoming. You didn’t just offer a place to stay, you made my family and me feel completely at home. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for such a lovely and memorable experience.

We had a wonderful stay at the Waterfront marina. The apartment is well equipped, comfortable and close to the waterfront which was very convenient. It looks just like the pictures! The view is great and can be enjoyed from anywhere in the apartment. They also offer additional services should you need such as a chef, baby equipment and extra housekeeping. This makes the stay even more great as you really feel like you're on holiday!

It really was an exceptional stay with beautiful views and great cuisine a walking distance away! Highly recommend this enjoyable experience.

This condo is amazing. Floor to ceiling windows throughout with excellent views of Table Mountain on one side and the canals (and the Waterfront area) on the other side. Excellent location with walkability to the Waterfront. The service level from the host and communication was excellent. I'll definitely be back!

Staying at Este-Maria’s elegant penthouse at the Marina Waterfront truly exceptional. On arrival, I was blown away by the beauty, comfort, and tranquillity of the space. The apartment is exactly as pictured. It’s stylish, immaculately clean, and thoughtfully designed with luxurious touches throughout. I woke up to panoramic views of the Marina and Table Mountain even though there were two days of serious rain downpour, the view was still magical. The entire space was amazing and private terrace was my favourite spot to enjoy evening sunsets. The location is unbeatable-peaceful and very secure, yet just a short stroll to the V&A Waterfront, top restaurants, and all the best that Cape Town has to offer. Este-Marie’s team led by Banco were fantastic—welcoming, professional, and quick to respond to any questions. They made my stay seamless. This was easily the best experience I ever had. I left feeling inspired, and already planning to book this this space for my return to Cape Town.

Lovely apartment with views to die for. The view is with a wide angle, with nice views of the stadium and waterfront buildings and particularly the Cape Grace hotel, plus also some views of the water. Security was tight; some procedures to get in but it was very reassuring and we much prefer it this way. Access to waterfront (and to One and Only Hotel) is secure, no need to go out on the road. There is a lift directly into the apartment, which is operated by a key, and which is useful. There are two bedrooms, with one guest toilet. Kitchen and living room are super spacious and there is a wide range of TV channels with a large screen, so it's quite enjoyable to stay in, enjoy the views and chill. Access to lots of places is also easy since the main gate sits on a round-about with roads to different places. We recommend this place and look forward to going back.

Dream vacation in Cape Town This rooftop apartment was the best thing I've booked through Airbnb so far. The view of the waterfront as well as Table Mountain, Lions Head and Signal Hill is incredibly beautiful. When you sit at the high table overlooking the waterfront in the evening, it opens up a view of the nighttime lighting. This beautiful area. You see the Silohotel, the marina, the nightlife in this incredible nightlife district of Cape Town. The apartment itself is furnished to the highest standard, the best kitchen appliances that certainly not everyone has at home. The master bedroom overlooking the waterfront is incredible, all details are extremely high quality. You take the elevator directly to the apartment, the area is absolutely safe, because you can only enter through the very well guarded entrance area with security lock if you have a special key. You feel very comfortable and absolutely safe. Thank you, it was wonderful.

A lovely penthouse with all the amenities required. The views are breathtaking, the sun shining in the morning is the only way to wake up and so convenient for the V&A. We very much enjoyed our stay. Checkin and checkout was a breeze. We would definitely stay here again.

Stunning penthouse in a great location, particularly great for us was the standalone office room so we could work remotely effectively when travelling. Views of the mountain from the apartment too, it’s really something special.

It was an architectural highlight with a fantastic interior. The penthouse has a surrounding roof terrace with fantastic views. Every little detail was perfectly coordinated and thought through. All communication was warm and easy. We will definitely come back again.
