During my stay, I had an amazing experience. The space was cozy and clean, with breathtaking views of the surrounding landscape. The location was secluded enough for a peaceful getaway, yet still accessible to nearby attractions. Banco was simply amazing. From the moment I arrived, he went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. He was warm, welcoming, and attentive to any needs or questions I had throughout my stay. His hospitality made me feel right at home and added an extra layer of comfort to my trip. Thank you, Banco for a memorable and enjoyable stay. I was staying in the same apartment for the second time, which speaks volumes about how great it is. I would definitely recommend this apartment to others looking for a comfortable and enjoyable accommodation option.

Beautiful space, even more beautiful in person. We felt safe here, walking to the waterfront if just a stone away. Banco the caretaker was very helpful and helped us settle in well. Perfect for families as the apartment provided enough space to bond, very cosy. We did enjoy staying here very much.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the waterfront. The apartment is in a fantastic location and is north facing with lots of sun. It has a wonderful large balcony and small pool. The apartment looks onto the marina, so you have lots to look at. It is within walking distance to the waterfront, which has lots of restaurants and bars. The apartment is very clean and well stocked with everything you need. I would highly recommend this apartment.

Fantastic find! Our family of 5 stayed here while visiting Cape Town. The apartment was nicer in person, impeccably clean and comfortable. The gym/fitness center is a 2 minute walk and has a great selection of workout equipment. The marina/restaurants are less than a 10 minute walk and we felt quite safe walking during the day and at night. Checkin and checkout was seamless with Elijah who was responsive and helpful. The owner responded quickly to all of our questions before and during our stay. She even recommended a great driver for a tour and airport transportation. I would highly recommend anyone stay here during their trip to CT!

We had an absolutely incredible stay. The apartment was beautiful and the property manager was very helpful and responsive. It felt very safe and secure and had plenty to eat/drink/do on our doorstep. Perfect for a city getaway.

Excellent stay….felt at home in the apartment as soon as we arrived. We know Cape Town well and we usually stay in a hotel in the waterfront. This year we decided to try an apartment and this one was perfect. We will definitely stay there again.

We had a wonderful stay at this incredible penthouse apartment on the V&A waterfront. The apartment itself is gorgeous and offers stunning views of the surrounding areas and especially Table Mountain! The local amenities and choice of restaurants are excellent, and the hosts were super helpful.

We loved our stay in this spectacular waterfront apartment! Spotlessly clean, comfy beds and stunning large apartment overlooking the waterfront where there are loads of great restaurants and shops. It was handy also to have the gym and pool on site with the cute coffee shop where you can order from the helpful deaf staff with sign language:-) Check in was easy and all communication very helpful. We felt very safe with the security on site and it was so handy to have convenient secure parking.

Excellent place to stay. the host was always responsive and saw to our needs. Great views of the waterfront and mountains. place was exactly as described as the pics. If you want to feel at home away from home, this is the perfect place. We will definitely be visiting again.

One sentence sums up Esta-Marita's apartment. Upon entering the apartment and being welcomed by the stupendous view of the marina and V&A Waterfront, my wife turned to me and said 'I am not leaving!'. And leaving was indeed difficult. The apartment is perfectly located to explore Cape Town and its many sights. Close enough to the Waterfront to walk back and forth and sufficiently far away from the bustle of the city to relax. The presence of security was also reassuring. Our stay was a short one, so we did not make use of all the amenities but one could easily see this as an apartment which would suit a longer stay. We booked last minute and the communication was very responsiveness and while there was some additional paperwork to complete, this was done electronically and efficiently. Check in and out was smooth. Overall I highly recommend the apartment.

What an excellent penthouse. We would definitely stay here again if we come back to Cape Town. Great secure location with underground parking and a 5 minute walk to the waterfront with its selection of bars and restaurants. We loved the view of the marina and could see seals from the balcony. Definitely 5 stars!

We had a fantastic stay at this condo. The location is excellent- right next door to The Cape Grace Hotel. The security in the neighborhood is reassuring, and the V&A waterfront (where the condo is located) is THE place you want to stay in Cape Town. The kitchen, bathrooms, and furnishings are top notch. The views out over the marina are awesome. Really a wonderful stay. The plunge pool is just that, and not heated. So not for us traveling in the South African winter. But this was so much nicer and had so much wonderful space that it was infinitely better and way less expensive than a V&A waterfront hotel.

This property was all we hoped for and more. A great place to come and relax & enjoy the surrounding area. This place looks just like the photos. Beautiful and inviting! A true gem of a property! A true pleasure to stay here! Would definetly stay here again on a future visit to Cape Town! Our host was very responsive to all questions and our stay was delightful!

Really enjoyed our stay. Felt very safe and secure in the beautiful, well appointed apartment overlooking the marina. Extremely conveniently located to the V&A Waterfront with shops and restaurants.
