Bungalow Ulusaba – Sleeps 8

Top-end luxury in Clifton. Everything was perfect and Esta-Marita and her team’s communication and engagement from day 1 was of the highest standard, aligned with the type of properties they manage. The bungalow is thoughtfully designed, and perfectly laid out. A spacious top floor with two lounging areas to savor the views overlooking Clifton 3rd beach and equally stunning views of Lions Head from the deck. Huge kitchen with all amenities that one needs. Pity, it was summer as we would have loved to light up the fireplace. The small plunge pool is ideal for lazy summer days making it a struggle to leave the Bungalow even though the beach is a mere minute walk down the stairs. We appreciated that the Bungalow is so close to the main road and no issue with climbing stairs when going out. It is very easy to fall asleep on the soft large couches while enjoying movies on the huge TV. Down the staircase, you will find 4 spacious rooms, again, thoughtfully designed and laid out with 3 bathrooms. Even though the rooms have no views, you can hear the soothing sound of waves. Bedding and pillows were to our preference. The entire house is well secured. The location is close to Camps Bay, Bantry Bay, and Seapoint, we had secure parking for two vehicles a short 3-minute walk from the Bungalow and almost all days we could park in the public parking literally meters away. The wifi is super fast, there’s a book with all details so you never really have to remember anything, check-in, and check-out smooth and very easy. Our family of 4 which included two teens will definitely be back.

Fantastic position above Clifton 3rd, but also close to road/parking so steps are not an issue re luggage or going out at night. Beautiful bungalow with upmarket finishes and everything one might need.

We had a fantastic stay at the Bungalow! It is in a brilliant location, only a few steps down from the road but still quiet. The views are to die for and the bungalow is beautifully decorated. We would highly recommend!

This bungalow is a dream. The design, decor & furnishings are something out of a design magazine. It was spacious and perfect for our family of 8. Beautiful Clifton beach down the stairs which was nice daily exercise. We felt safe with the property gates and alarm system. The kitchen area is very functional and nice and spacious to all eat together. Bathrooms and bedrooms are gorgeously done. Walking distance to Camps Bay. 10 out of 10. We hope to be able to be back soon to visit.

Amazing place!! It was exactly what we were looking for our stay, the view was so beautiful, the beach is just a few steps away, the house was very clean and has everything you’ll need and make your stay very easy and comfortable, also with the security camera and alarm we felt safe, i would highly recommend it if you’re looking for a relaxing and luxurious place to stay and definitely will come here again.

Excellent spot near Clifton Beach but the home was everything. Celebrated Christmas and my birthday in the home and it didn’t disappoint. Everything you need is within the space. Would definitely return for a peaceful getaway. 10 out of 10.

This lovely home is nothing short of exceptional in every way. It is meticulously stocked with every detail to sleep 8 and host seated dinners up to 12. Our long list of favorite details: bi/tri fold doors that open completely in every room in the house, including all bedrooms; Aircon in every room, including all bedrooms; heated pool; unobstructed panoramic ocean views; a 2 minute walk to 3rd beach; down pillows; Bluetooth sound system; meticulously clean everywhere in the house; the kitchen is stocked with every possible pot/pan/utensil/gadget/platter you can imagine; 2 refrigerators; security alarm; Weber gas BBQ; patio awning; 2 robes in each bedroom; ample bath towels; private and secure. A definite 10/10. We will definitely be staying here again on our next visit!

The bungalow was absolutely beautiful with a stunning view over Clifton beach which can be reached down steps in front of the villa.The kitchen was extremely well equipped with everything you could conceivably need for catering at home including an ice making machine.The beds were very comfortable with superb linen.We paid for the pool to be heated and made full use of it.We would definitely love to return.

Loved staying at Esta-Marita's place! Beautiful coastal views, great location, and the house was exactly as described. Very easy check-in process, they were attentive to messages at all times, and more. Would stay here again absolutely!

Pictures do not do this ‘bungalow’ justice . Situated on the famous Clifton 3 rd beach -the accommodation far exceeded our expectations. No expense was spared when the unit was renovated. High end furniture/appliances and bedding . Walkable to downtown Camps Bay . Beautiful sunset. Always felt safe with someone watching the car day and night . Herzon was very communicative and responsive to my needs. Did not want to leave -couldn’t have stayed a month

This bungalow is simply gorgeous - the view is spectacular, the furnishings and layout perfect for a holiday home, and the sound of both the waves and birds in the surrounding trees is unique for Clifton - incredibly special. Hezron the manager was incredibly responsive and assisted with every query. Professional and a pleasure to deal with. Truly a slice of paradise!

Wow, there is no other word to some this place up. It’s amazing, you get the wow factor when you walk in. It’s close to the beach, clean and tidy, all open plan, with plunge pool and sun all day, the view is incredible! We had a bbq here everyday! Hezron , the house keeper was very helpful. We will be back!
