A wonderful location. Exceptional views. Easy walk to good restaurants. Very secure apartment. Warm and personalised check in where we were met in person and shown all the features of the apartment. Recommend staying here.

This is a beautiful, generous space with magnificent views, and so wonderful to be able to just walk out onto the promenade, to restaurants and Newport Deli, and to the Waterfront. It's really well-equipped for loadshedding, with a gas stove and stovetop kettle, as well as a backup battery system to keep things running. The team, especially Banco and Elijah, are so friendly and quick to help. We really enjoyed our stay.

Exceeded our expectations. Immediately felt at home and comfortable. Our host, Hezron’s, welcoming, warm , wide African smile was the start of a 7 day magical visit to Cape Town. The panoramic views were stunning. The location, comfort and coziness of the apartment allowed us to retreat at any time to our “home”. Wonderful restaurants, coffee shops and Deli outlets all within walking distance. Felt very secure. The basement parking is a secure arrangement.

Beautiful apartment, extremely well kept and had such character. The interior was colourful and fun and the whole place felt incredibly homey as well. The VIEW is incredible; the day bed is an amazing place to relax, watch the sea and dolphins! The location is perfect - beautiful walks and can go jogging along the front, ideal for for exploring Cape Town - walking distance to the Waterfront and easy to uber from there around the rest of Cape Town. Our earlier check in was accommodated and we were emailed during the stay to check up on how we had settled in which was appreciated.

We absolutely loved this place. The views were absolutely incredible. We enjoyed the magnificent sunrise and sunset views from the apartment. The apartment was clean, spacious and had everything we needed, in a very safe and beautiful neighbourhood. We appreciated that they stocked the apartment with welcoming treats and were very responsive in communicating with us. They were also very accommodating with our early check in and late check out. We loved that we were so centrally located, minutes from the waterfront and the beautiful Oranjezicht city farmers market, Table Mountain other beautiful areas. We enjoyed the early morning walks on the promenade and in Greenpoint park (behind the apartment). Would highly recommend her place.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful two-bedroom apartment in Mouille Point. The location is unbeatable, with stunning ocean views and easy access to the promenade and nearby cafés. The apartment was spotless, stylish, and very well maintained. The kitchen was exceptionally well equipped, making it easy to feel at home. Overall, a comfortable and memorable stay—we would happily return and highly recommend it.

This was a perfect place if you are planning to stay in Cape Town. Near the Waterfront, not in it. Secure. Quiet. And wonderful views. I would definitely stay here again

The views and position of the apartment couldn’t be better. You can hear the ocean as you open the windows and the lounge, kitchen, dining area and working space all look out into the ocean. Everything that I needed in a kitchen was there and there was a great supply of clean materials, soaps, clothes etc. It was literally a home from home. I’ll be back

I absolutely loved this place, I honestly didn’t want to leave! The ocean view was breathtaking, and I spent so many peaceful moments enjoying my morning coffee whilst gazing out the window seeing seals, and even dolphins. The home was beautifully appointed with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. It truly felt like a special retreat. Great location! I would return in a heartbeat!

The big window make the sitting in the living room area and having a cup of tea is an exceptional experience... we didn't even want to leave the place..

An excellent stay. I sometimes wonder whether people exaggerate their praise for a place but this was a really lovely location and the apartment and views of the ocean were such a distraction they almost prevented me from going anywhere. The support team was always on hand and highly responsive. I plan to return, soon and very soon!

We had such a wonderful stay! The view of the ocean was absolutely incredible, and the sunsets were breathtaking. The house was well equipped with everything we needed, and the check-in process was smooth and easy. One detail I really appreciated was the thoughtful touches for families — there were books (including children’s books, which I used for my child’s bedtime routine), baby spoons, and even the option to rent a travel cot and high chair. That made our stay extra comfortable. The hosts were very responsive and even approved a late checkout, which we really appreciated. Overall, this was a fantastic stay, and we would happily return. I couldn’t have asked for a better location, it was conveniently close to safe walking areas, shops, a beautiful park & restaurants yet was in a relatively quiet road. The apartment is beautifully appointed with absolutely everything you need, especially in the kitchen. It’s light & airy with stunning views. You feel secure & totally at ease there. Very obliging staff, in all, everything to recommend it.

My family and I visited Cape Town to celebrate my dad’s 75th birthday. We had the most peaceful, pleasant stay at 24 Villa Marina with days spent walking the promenade, then coming back to the apartment to relax while enjoying the incredible ocean views. Thanks for the incredible hosting. Will be back.

Our family had a lovely stay at Esta-Marita's gorgeous apartment, directly facing the ocean. The apartment is incredibly conveniently located for the weekend market, for events at the stadium, and for exploring the Waterfront area of Cape Town. The building staff were extremely responsive and helpful, letting us into the parking garage, explaining the keys and apartment amenities to us. The apartment was glorious -- panoramic views of both sunrise and sunset over the ocean!! The kitchen is vast, allowing us to cook meals as a family. There are also a lot of local restaurants and cafés in the neighbourhood; but cooking at home is always nice for a family. Everything worked perfectly in the apartment. We are so grateful for such a lovely, gorgeous place to base our family in, as we explored Cape Town!

It felt like home, the view is incredibly amazing.. the sound of the ocean in the morning made me feel very cosy, staff was very very friendly and helpful.. its very close to waterfront , we woke up and went for a walk by the beach… i would 100% recommend it
